Winemaking: The grapes for Vignantica come from the higher yielding vines of the estate. Hand picked and selected. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to preserve as much as possible the primary aromas. Maceration last around 8 days with pumping-overs and delestages.
Ageing: 12 months in tanks and 12 months in bottles
Total Production: 30000 bt
Commentary: Vignantica is the regular cuvée of the estate; it is a medum-to-full bodied Aglianico, fresh, spicy, with notes of plums, blackcherries, sweet tobacco and a fresh, luscious mouthfeel
