||2 ha planted in the early 50's ; 80 m.a.s.l.; 4000 vines/ha; 1 kg/vine
||Grapes are hand harvested in different phases in order to have perfectly ripe berries. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in french barriques (different ages) at 18 °C. Malolactic fermentation NOT done. Ageing sur-lie for about 9 months.
||9 months in barrels, 3 months in bottle
||A gorgeous Friulano; one of the finest espression of this lovely grape, yielding notes of nettle, salvia, wild herbs ands stones. In the mouth is refreshing, mineral, luscious, extremely complex.
