Winemaking: manual harvest; fermented in concrete vats for about 6 days. Aged in concrete vats for 1 year and few months in bottles
Ageing: about 1 year in concrete vats

Commentary: a refreshing, delicate Nebbiolo, with a nice spicy hint driven by Vespolina grape
