Winemaking: the grapes are hand picked and selected usually during the first week of october. They are fermented in steel tanks for a couple of weeks at temperatures below 28°C. ML in tank. Aged 18 months in barrels, 6 months in tank and 6 months in bottle

Total Production: 8000 bottles
Commentary: This Sagrantino stands out for its deep aromas and for the excellent touch. An excellent alternative to the overextracted versions that are currently flooding the market
