Winemaking: Hand harvested during the end of september, beginning of october. Grapes are carefully selected and bad berries are discarded. Fermented in open oak vats. Maceration lasts for about 20 days with pigeages and pumping overs. Malolactic in french oak barrels.
Ageing: 12 months in barrels, 12 months in bottle

Commentary: A stunning, stylish Teroldego; great spices on the nose, along with blackberries and wild red berries. On the palate is elegant, velvety with an intriguing note of ashes in the final.
